side quest from spark guys

i remember there was a quest given by star or some one in spark which you had to go to the underground of the building which you first visit sparks guys and you had to retrieve something or someone , but in this play through (2nd) that quest didn't activate for me , did i do something wrong ?

That's not a side quest but the main quest. Did you side with Ward this time?

no i am going full skif mode , no ward - strelok or scar .
my 3rd will be ward and 4th will be scar .

The mission you're talking about is named 'Answers Come at a Price' I think and it's the first one after leaving the Lesser Zone.

i think the mission is after this one , its the one which you go where star is at , there is a closed door , some one gives you a key to the door , you go underground there are several fire anomalies down and so on .

Several missions (including Answers Come at a Price) have a Spark route and a Ward route. What you described is the Spark route. The Ward route exits the lesser zone by the western pontoon bridge and sends you to meet the Colonel and deal with some bandits.

not it was not the answers come at a prince , you see under the Detention Center is a thermal anomaly , to reach taht place you need a key which iirc spark guys gave you the key , iam looking to get to that place .

Oh okay, that's not even a quest or linked with Spark other than that's where they want to meet. You can find the key on a desk on the ground floor near the southern stairs

It's called 'The Road to Salvation' but I'm pretty sure it's exclusive to the Ward path. It's basically a replacement mission for 'Answers Come at a Price' when you gave the sensors to Captain Zotov.
