Assault at the Duga - Secure the Check point (Ward Quest line)
Hey Guys, another Assault on the Duga post.

Making this as a last ditch effort for some sort of resolution. I've done all of the following.

1, Reloading before speaking to the quest giver multiple times.
2, Ghosting through the walls to find spawned enemies (there isn't any)
3, Jumping over the fence and running around the back to the Duga array and around along the road. No results sadly.
4, Ghosting back over to the Checkpoint, nothing triggers.

I Suspect with my game being started on release the new patch borks the situation further.

Has anybody got any last ditch advice to clear the mission via UETOOLs maybe?

Cheers in advance.

p.s Such a shame an alpha level bug like this was present at launch. 100+ hour game down the loo potentially.

I had a problem in that part and I had to meet all the milestones of each part of the mission at the right time. It was not only a problem with the enemies behind the wall.

1 - capture the base. Here I had to use the console to pass the wall and kill the enemies. You have to do it very fast, otherwise the second part of the mission will start and you will not be able to continue, the next event will be blocked.

2- Resist the enemies. Until the NPC companions tell you to go back to the base from where you started.

3- Escape: You have to leave immediately, when the NPC companions tell you to go back to the base from where you started. You will still be under fire, if you delay you may die. And you can't try to go back before, you will be killed by a sniper.

I found that it you didn't talk to the officer on the base and just went to sleep on the mattress next to him you could screw the quest up. The assault would start the next day and then the quest line would break simply because you never talked to that officer in the base. All the soldiers would just hang at the checkpoint after you killed everyone, and if you tried to leave you would get killed by a certain-death sniper.

Yeah that simply doesn't work for me. Passing through the walls doesn't reveal anyone as previously mentioned.

Again the guy has already been spoken to. I think its just 100% softlocked thus myself asking for any guidance on UE5tools commands to by pass the quest.

I got stuck here as well and using UE5tools to pass the quests breaks any future quest from starting which is ridiculous

Even killing the hidden monoliths in time, the mission may fail because of some bug or event that is not triggered. Later events are not triggered if you don't do everything at the right time. That was my first bug.

But then if I wasn't in the center of the base, I didn't pass to the next phase, defending the base. Also if you didn't leave the base at the right time when the objective was to leave the base.

Shame... ah well. Was really enjoying that play through. Think I'll wait for the next major patch but either starting a new play through etc.

Already have.
I found this video with a breakdown of one way to workaround this bug. It worked for me after multiple repititions.
