They did stuff like this in the old games too.
They needed to release the game because those developers had families and mouths to feed in this war. The head of Larian remarked on this. I would simply like to hear the stories I know are behind those pictures because they are not easter eggs; those are real people, and more than likely, tributes, would be my guess. Every time I see one, I ask, who was this person? What did they mean to the developer who placed that specific picture there?
