Just finished SIRCAA Visit, overburdened/gear breaking and cannot find personal stash or any vendor NPCs
I found some pristine gear during my visit to SIRCAA complex and wanted to stash/sell them but Quiet is no longer around Noontide, and I cannot find any NPC or personal stash in Zalissya. I am using weight reduction artifacts but just barely getting to these places.

Are there any personal stashes/traders available during this phase of the game or am I supposed to go straight into the Noontide quest?

I found there is a stash still available at Wild Island.
