I can't find shelter during a scripted Emission

I completed "Law and Order" and after escaping SIRCAA, there is a scripted emission and I can't find shelter, I tried to take cover in a near by watchtower, obviously that wasn't enough to cover me, I tried running a long the railway, got attacked by a mutant and killed in a tunnel dead end, I tried running left of the railway, I found a cabin, didn't work, after all that I tried staying at the underground area just before escaping SIRCAA AND THAT DIDN'T WORK TOO. If anyone survived after that can you please tell me where to hide? I'll send coupons your way, thanks

So I also ran into this issue. I got around it by loading a save from before climbing the ladder out of SIRCAA. After that, I sprinted to the right all the way down to the chimera cave, and hooked a left (Because that was where the orange quest marker was telling me to go for shelter previously) but then the emission never happened after Scar's angry zone speech. If your emission does happen just keep running towards the building at the middle of the lake after hooking left at the chimera tunnel.

Yeah thanks for the reply Stalker, the problem at this part is that the over encumbered inventory may pose a problem, so I popped a Hercules and dump some of the loots to reach green weight then just ran like hell on the left size of the railway, and reach a gas station, I noticed the Emission will go away and never come up, so I guess the trick to this part is just haul ass as far away from SIRCAA as possible before it caught up to you. As for the promised coupons...you just got scammed, this is life in the Zone buddy haha
