Stash: SOME DUDE'S HIDDEN STUFF | Cement Factory | Help needed

So there is this stash i need some help with fellow stalkers!

So basicly how to get the stash?

I assume the note is an clue, since there is no radiation.

- I tried going through the door but its locked so i assume thats the exit and not the entrance
- I tried looking for the key in the barrels around the complex
- i tried going on the roof to look at the corpse but its a static none lootable corps
- i tried jumping in the window from the roof
- i tried accessing the pipe that connects with the building but i cannot seem to jump in the pipe
- i looked for tunnels

What am i missing here?

can anyone point it out for me?

There is an underpass on the west side of Cement Factory that you enter from.

I don't know if it's the same stash, because mine reads "HARD-TO-FIND STASH". It's the one behind a locked door.

The key for the door should be in the top tower of the "Concrete Forest", where there is a Poltergeist. The corpse with the key is missing tho. Probably because it fell through the floor.

Anyway... if you want the key use the dev console and the command:

XCreateItemInInventoryByID CementPlant_ConcreteForest_Key_DoorNew 0 1 1

Up the big concrete silo, shoot the wooden planks on the floor, kill the Poltergeist with grenades (save before), then jump down there and search for the dead Duty member, he has the key for that door.
