Giant tornado in Yaniv

I finished the jump puzzle and made it to the end of the crane but theres nothing up here :o
What am I supposed to do in this area? I searched all the surrounding buildings and got 5 sausages and 50 energy drinks lol

You need to find the artefact. Not sure what it is though. Try looking at the top of the crane for a nut / bolt etc.

I ran all over that area for about 2 and 1/2 hours >.< Im probably just blind but I swear I didn't see anything. I even made my way into the eye of the tornado, re did the entire jump puzzle while in the eye and didn't see anything. There is a nice little landing pad anomaly at the end of the jump puzzle.. man, how frustrating haha

Did you get that super anomaly? Is it even worth it?

The artefact is inside the tornado. You have to stand at the very edge of the walkway crane in the eye of the tornado to grab as it flies past you from the right. Make sure you're full health and are standing near the mid-to-top portion of the crane so you don't get sucked in, heal up and go to the very edge and look for the artefact flying by.

If it does not appear wait until an emission and come back.
The artefact itself is the "Strange Bolt", it protects you from anomalies temporarily, and once it's out you must recharge it at the anomalous fields around the map.
