In my opinion the AI cheats to much.
If I attack 2 guys outside and kill them, the rest comes out of the house and knows exactly where I am. Same for almost every encounter. Silencer brings no change.

I just fought a guy with my silenced pistol and won. So I continued sneaking around and suddenly a boar without sound (growl or steps) apear and hunts me

Another Edit: just watched 3 ppl fighting 5 boars. One probably detected me 50m away in a house peaking around the corner and decided to shot at me instead at the 4 boars attacking him

these types of games in the series always had aggressive ai in combat

just deal with it ;)
