Individual Adjustment Blueprint APSB

I have seen that the Individual Adjustment Blueprint for the APSB is supposed to be in the Malachite Repair Facility, inside a duffle bag. However, there is no such bag in my game. Anyone has encountered the same situation? I guess it is a bug, but maybe it has been changed somehow.

It was not in either of the places, but as I have played the other older S.T.A.L.K.E.R games, I think I can remember you will have access to the stash by advancing the game. Just FYI, I have taken every stash in the game south of Yaniv Station (with the exception of the Yaniv bunker), which means you probably have to get very far in the game to get it. (If someone got it before that, please confirm.)

No need to use the console for this. I am sure it will eventually pop up like a regular stash. I remember that after being in the swamp multiple times, much, much later a new stash spawned down there. It was a long trek for one stash, but it was worth getting it off the map. Any new stash that will spawn for me south of Yaniv, will be a surprise this time around, though!

It seems logic but i don't think so, the same stash on 1 gameplay slot didn't pop up even in the end of game. When i start new game i speedruned as fast i can to malachit skiping everything i can and stash was waiting for me. Maybe you are right but not with this stash.

I was pretty sure that you got the last stash for this blueprint, when finishing the game, as a reward.

You speedrun up to get it? Well, at least you got more proof than I do about that then.

Edit: Devs straight up and fixed this in a patch, and I just grabbed it as soon as it popped up on my screen after killing an enemy.

Apparently they have fixed this in Patch 1.3:

"Fixed the issue where the stash with the upgrade blueprint was missing from the Malachite Repair Facility location"

I can confirm they moved it. yesterday I was looking for this blueprint, could not find it anywhere at the Malachite repair facility. Looked at all roofs. But today after latest patch I found it on the roof

Yes, it is now on the roof, and the achievement finally popped. I don't think the achievement works if you use the console. I think they changed that in the previous patch.
