This tells me that the dev's are locked into a fixed mindset of "the right way to play the game", as opposed to having the open attitude of "We put the game out there, and players will do with it what they want, there is no wrong way to play."
That would be pretty epic.
That’s fair, but the two don’t have to be mutually exclusive. I don’t think they should stop bug fixing, and at the same time I think the this would be something easy to implement that they could get revenue from. Again, modders will make this eventually. I’d just like to see the devs catch their piece of the pie before it’s too late.
