Ammo counter is active after patch 1.2 although it was disabled from the beginning
The title speaks for itself. Anyone got the same issue?

Huh? I do not understand, what do you mean by Ammo Counter? I could always see how many rounds i had left in my weapons, and if it was time to reload.

It's called лічильник боєприпасів in my version, so I assumed it called like that. It's the info in lower right corner when your weapon is equiped - how many rounds in magazine/how many ammo is left + fire mode. This info was disabled in terms for better immersion

It wasnt disabled for me, look in your game settings, think you might be able to turn it on or off there.

I already tried it, forgot to mention it. That's why I created the topic, maybe someone here got the same issue
Seconding. Just booted it now after the update and the damn ammo counter is visible for some reason. Tried enabling then disabling it again with no success. All it does is fade away after a while until you want to shoot again. Here's hoping the modders get on this since I ain't hopeful for a fix any time soon to be perfectly honest.

Exactly this. I searched for some .ini file responsible for this, but no progress, at least for now. It's strange, because crosshair is still disabled, like it always was, but that's not the case with the ammo counter.
Yeah, seems like that's the only one broken. For now made a new request thread on the nexus, though I ain't sure how much that will help. A modder is more likely to do something about it when they run into the issue themselves rather than read a request.

For now just holster the gun until you need to use it I guess...

It's not that much of an issue. of course, I can always disable the whole interface if it'll bother me that much. As I said, it's just weird that only one option out of 10+ in UI settings is broken.
Eh, I'd turn off the whole thing as well if it had a way to check for health without it. Like Anomaly does with the inventory health. It really is the only thing I keep the hud on for, everything else is disabled.

In theory, you could rely on flickering particles in case of radiation and intense heartbeat in case of low health. It's the hunger that is not visible.
