repeatable and random quests?
does the game have repeatable and random quests you can do? So stuff outside of the main and side quests.

Yes most of the Bases have them, But keep in mind that some bases are only active during certain points in the story so dont rush the story too fast if you want to do side stuff

There was a mod to skip the delay a little but it wasn't update for latest version yet
