Its a open world shooter with a Stalker skin, without REAL A-Life.
Shills will say im wrong, and that A-Life is in here, but the fact still remains that its not.
A few guys on here will support my claim, but i assume most peole who play this, will defend it.
I like it, i do, but its not Stalker.
Nah you're unfortunately on point. Love the game. Really enjoying it, but from the perspective of all the old Stalker games I've played since release - this is definitely NOT a Stalker game. Kinda waiting for the G.A.M.M.A Anomaly variant :-)
Nah .. lets make it full misery .. no more buying ammo or gear, only food .. lets start with removing the pda (just kidding) :p
I played a few hours around after the minor patch that fixed some new major bugs. Everything is close to as good as it gets and A-Life is not reinvented in 2022/2025 version no - its more of a build something new like the old system which as some upsides and downsides with modern thinking. I'd tend to say there is some downsides with this A-Life system in terms of permancens of some decisions but 90% of people will not notice or care. This is some stuff I can't discuess without spoilers but it's largely a bitter veteran issue expecting certain things we can't expect anybody else to really care about.
