Let GSC know as much information as possible about your game progress, your computer specs, how you obtained your copy of the game, etc.
The more info, the better they can get a look at it :) sorry I can't be of any more help.
One thing you could do is take the time to clean up your hard drive directories, clear your memory/video cache and it's always worth just checking your GPU website for a driver update release, (don't just rely on what your PC says, go check the website to see the latest version and then cross reference what you got).
Deleting shader cache:

The game will generate refreshed latest version of this on start up.
note: If you clear this out completely, it's alright, it just means every other game that has recently stored a cache will have to pre load them on start up too, no biggie. It's probably not necessary to do this, but you never know.. it might be involved, since interfaces are still rendered images.

Precision for distance, shotgun up close, run to either of those ranges otherwise.
That said, SOFMOD can use the same ammo as Cluster****, so it's not a terrible companion gun for it to save on weight.
Though, if you use one of the mods that changes how ridiculously accurate and preceptive enemies are at long ranges, then it'd be a whole different conversation (though I still think Cluster**** is one of the better guns in the game).
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is a fun weapon, but is high maintenance too. It's basically a VS Vintar with cheaper ammo, less bullet drop but half the durability.
Both are really just special in the same way Lummox's AK is: they give you limited access to attachments you don't have yet but at cost.
If you're going for the NATO rifles, it might be an idea to equip them with the armour-piercing rounds, just to improve on their normally weak penetration power. But the regular AK rounds are all one needs in the Zone :)
