ULTIMATE HC REALISM MOD PACK WITH LONGER DAYS and 55 other mods (with merge patch everything is updated to newest versiion) With shays living zone + addon (two different versions)
The reason I'm sharing the mod pack is because I got feedback from a member of the CSG game world's stalker 2 team, I won't say his name now but I can say that the guy's name can also be found in the end credits, anyway he said the mod pack is great and suggested I share it with the community. And even though it changes a lot, it's still faithful to the developers' original vision.

(This is the last time i ever edited this post or even I will not respond to anything in this toxic thread, but here is an additional guide for those who are really interested in the matter, the password of the files is Cheeki Breeki, and due to a stupid mistake, an extra pak file copy has been left in the mods folder, from the pak file in another folder of the game, it is useless and can be deleted, although the mod pak also works even if you leave it in the mods folder, like about 10 hours of video material does proof, I noticed it last night and because it is the only mistake of the mod pack I can no longer download a new one, it is the top pak file in the mods folder whose name is simply pak (it is also visible at least in the longer installation instruction video)

Key Features:

Enemy Combat Enhancements: NPC weapon settings follow this new balance with a 0.5x damage multiplier (vanilla game is 0.3x, while BB is near 1.0x).

Longer Day Cycle Mod: Included in the mod pack for a more immersive experience.

Difficulty Recommendation: This mod pack is intended to be played at least on Stalker difficulty, but preferably on Veteran difficulty. Playing on Rookie difficulty may make the game too easy, in my opinion.

Player and Enemy Damage Balance: Players deal more damage to enemies, both mutants and humans, but hostile NPCs also deal increased damage to players as explained.

Because some people think the mod pack makes the game "too easy" even though it is actually harder than the vanilla game, I made an even more hardcore mod pack, which is otherwise the same but lacks the weighless equipment mod, exo suit can sprint mod and exo suit overhaul, but I haven't tested this mod for even an hour, the only reason I made this mod pack was these whiners who think the original mod pack "makes the game too easy" which isn't even true, I've played the whole game through in vanilla once myself, so I know what to compare it to. And the thing is not even that simple, it is true that in my mod pack, npc characters and mutants die more easily and weapons do more damage, but critics seem to forget the fact that this is also true for the player, the base damage of npc characters is also higher than in vanilla and because npc characters use the same attachments and upgrades as the player, the weapon damage of npc characters is also much higher, not to mention that grenades do 2x damage to the player and their radius is 2x larger, . anyway here is even more hc mod pack but as I said I haven't tested this for even an hour so use at your own risk, I can say that the game opened and loaded saves normally, and the game didn't crash at least during the time I tried it. also the read me file has been fixed to make it a bit more sensible and a direct link to the merge configuration tool has been added (the read me file fix also applies to other packages) every package with a password is outdated and no longer current so if you come across a password-protected package on my zippyshare page it is because it is outdated and I have already uploaded a new updated one

If you can't get the mod pack to work, you're doing something wrong, I literally tested it a hundred times on two different PCs to make sure everything works easily, and two of my friends tested the mod pack before I shared it, as I said in my text, I tested the mod pack for over 120 hours before sharing it, and the testing was done on two different PCs of my own and two of my friends' PCs. This is why mod packs and the wabbajack exist. Yes it's a hassle to contact all the mod creators for permission but out of that effort comes something people can use with a few clicks instead of an entire afternoon downloading individual mods and hoping they don't screw something up anywhere.

I used to set aside 2-3 afternoons to fully mod out a Bethesda RPG... then I tried the wabbajack and it flawlessly created a functionally modded game for me but since I didn't pay Nexus I did have to click once every couple of minutes for a couple hours while watching Netflix... but that was a lot better than 3-4 hours a day for 2-3 days to get the same results.

This is why mod packs and the wabbajack exist. Yes it's a hassle to contact all the mod creators for permission but out of that effort comes something people can use with a few clicks instead of an entire afternoon downloading individual mods and hoping they don't screw something up anywhere.

I used to set aside 2-3 afternoons to fully mod out a Bethesda RPG... then I tried the wabbajack and it flawlessly created a functionally modded game for me but since I didn't pay Nexus I did have to click once every couple of minutes for a couple hours while watching Netflix... but that was a lot better than 3-4 hours a day for 2-3 days to get the same results.

As for contacting the mod creators, I'm doing that next week and then I plan to upload the mod pack to the Nexus as well. I'm currently sick, I have a toothache, and I really don't have enough energy to write to fifty mod creators and ask them if I can share the mod pack or not. The mod pack really only increases the visibility of their own mods.

This is not a criticism of your comment, I'm just posting this in case people didn't notice the video in the previous comment, the mod pak works and was tested for hundreds of hours before being released, by three people and on completely different configurations, both AMD and Intel based,
As I said in the previous comment, here is a video where I install the pack myself, it literally takes a few minutes, the video also proves that the mod pak works as it should

I repeat, if you can't get this mod pack to work, it's because you're doing something wrong.

if people actually read the mods' read me files, for example, life would be easier, shay's living zone and its addons that are part of my mod pack have instructions on how to handle spawning issues, and in my mod pack they are already handled according to shay's instructions, npc spawns work as they should, my channel has literally about 5 hours of videos that prove that everything in the mod pack works as it should, it can't be that difficult to understand things, especially when there is literally hours of video proof of that everything works as it should. and how hard is it to understand the fact that the mod pack was tested for hundreds of hours before I uploaded it? I've already written about that in three separate comments

did you even read what Shay himself says in his own instructions? Apparently not because he literally says that longer days can be used when you install the right addon, don't you really understand that the mod pack has already been tested for hundreds of hours, and no one has noticed that anything in the "spawn! things or anything else has been "broken" how hard is it to try the mod pack yourself for a few hours and see how it works? I have already literally given instructions for making a save file back up so there is no danger of "breaking the game" or "saves" getting corrupted

If longer day worries you, you can also remove it from the mod pack without any problems, as long as you make a new merge patch afterwards, but instead of using logic, you are criticizing a topic that you obviously don't even fully understand.

Here is the location of your campaign save files, copy the entire folder to a safe location and open it, you have a save file back up

mod pack downloaded 28 times, 2 people have complained here "that it doesn't work as it should" or that "longer days ruins spawn times and breaks the game (this despite the fact that Shay himself has given clear instructions on how to use the longer days mod with his living zone and addons)" if the mod pack didn't work properly, or it "corrupted the clays" or "ruined the game's spawns and broke the game" then a few other people would have already commented on the matter than these two "criticizers" who both seem to be giving criticism about something they haven't even understood properly, or read what Shay himself has said about the Spawn thing with his mods, my channel also has literally at least 5 hours of video material that proves that the mod pack works as it should, in addition to that, the read me file of my own mod pack says that you can freely remove or add mods from the mod pack and it doesn't corrupt clays / I have also given instructions on how to make a campaign save back up, but of course "mod pak doesn't work and the game doesn't open! like another "critic" says" and "there are really a lot of spawn problems" because I've played with the mod pak for 126 hours myself and I love spawn problems. I'm completely ready to take constructive and objective criticism, but if the "criticism" is about things that are either not even true and are due to the person themselves not knowing how to act according to the instructions in the read me file, or that the person says that longer days supposedly ruins spawn times even though the mod pak has followed Shay's own official instructions, which I've even linked here. There is no objective criticism, it's complaining about nothing, and taking a stand on a matter that apparently doesn't even have a complete understanding or knowledge of what Shay himself has said about the entire use of the longer day mod. My read me file also has a link to the Merge file configuration tool and clear advice that if the mod pak mods are updated, or removed or changed, it will be successful if you just make a new merge patch.I have also said many times that the mod pack was tested by three different people on four different PCs for over 300 hours and no one noticed any problems with the mod pack, so the fact that you are "criticizing" the thing without even trying the mod pack yourself is both stupid and inappropriate.. As I said, I am open to REAL REASONABLE CRITICISM, but I am not open to people complaining about things that you don't even understand and that are not true.
