Optimize it manually, the automatic optimization is ussually wrong when your system is capable of doing way higher on them
That's what I've done. Just wanted to see what NVIDIA would do with their optimization, but I can't.

I had better results getting Nvidias App/Experience off my system. The Optimal settings they had aren't as good as doing it myself, and I have better visuals doing it myself. The best thing you can do in the Control Panel is change Nvidia Shader Cache to at least 10gb and Low Latency Mode to Ultra. The rest didn't seem to do much, so can probably just leave defaulted.

Cuda Sysmem Fallback Policy to Off

it helps this game as well because of the memory leak

Nvidia Reflex set to Ultra
Cuda Sysmem Fallback Policy to Off

both of those help this game as well

I'll try the cuda fallback, the description made me think it would be more problematic so never tried. I had my first mem leak after 20 minutes in Rostock (first visit) so good time to test this.

it really does benefit, I was getting random mem leaks all over game with it set to default but with it off I was able to play as long as 3 or 4 hours before it happens

I did a thread on it earlier, but everyone ignored it since they want permanent fixes instead of temporary ones, its there loss

I can confirm it definitely helps (possibly fixed it for me, so far). Just spent over an hour there, and did all the Arena stuff. Then I made sure to go look at my inventory box and a few vendors too long, and no leak happened. I'll start adding that to my control panel recommendations

I'd suggest manually tweaking settings. This video helped me a lot (I'm playing with RTX 3060ti GPU and Core i7-12700KF 3.60 GHz CPU). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=814y2OPLsX0
Want to buy the game
As long as the money don't go to little Green Tshirt man in middle of europe
Fix: Uninstall NVIDIA App and re-download and install.
I had the same issue and tried everything but this worked straight away for me.
