thats a known issue I seen it happen with a few others, do NOT sell it to traders though it will glitch them out

If I use it, will there be no problem? Or if I keep it in my stash? I find it funny when I saw that there was armor in the shape of bread.

Known issue. NPC has hidden items and player cant loot them. But other NPC can. So you kill one, wait until other NPC loot corpse and kill second one. In that case you will see armor in second corpse.
