Never ordering from Game Legends again

So I Pre-ordered S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chernobyl Ultimate Edition on 5/12/22 from Game Legends told me 6/13/24 that the game would be at my house on date of release and not to worry. Then on 11/5/24 I was told it was set to ship out on 11/14/24. Lastly on 11/18/24 was just told it would ship out tomorrow. So as of looking at the tracking info it's going to be late now by a few days... I paid 352 USD for the one game I've Pre-ordered a physical collectors copy of since game disc's were a thing to be late good job Game legends never trusting a pre-order site again.

I've ordered physical editions a couple of times in the past. Never from Game Legends, honestly never heard of them but that could be a region/country thing. I've never had one be late, even one that similar to you said it was shipping out the day of release. It didn't arrive until later in the day but it still made it on release day. If it really isn't coming tomorrow, simply getting a month of or the free trial of PC Game Pass to pre-load and play it tomorrow is a cheap/ free option so you can play it day one still.

Not just recommended in the US, here in the EU aswell.

I really get that you're bummed out about it. Especially with the info that you were one of the people who even ordered early. And even more so with the fact that some people on reddit already received their packages...

Are you not getting the key via Email since you're not actually really gona receive discs in the steel case but a code? At least you could play while you wait the last few remaining days.

I ordered mine with the last wave. Game Legends noted that reproduction of the physical items would take till april 2025 but I didnt mind that as long as the stuff would arrive...

So far i've been lucky (ordered from legends as well). Ordered "reprint" of the ultimate edition. Which meant that the cdkey would be sent via mail. And I have just received the code, all good.
Yeah, its a bit bummer that the 1st run of the ultimate edition has the code inside the box.

Why you had payed so much? The regular price for ultimate edition is 109€ or 116 USD. So you payed 3-times the price.
