You think all the weapons they jammed into the different editions will matter?
Topic. Wouldn't that make the game pay to win?

It's single player game. What exactly you want to "win"?

No. Consider that the bonus items might be minor buffs on stock items, for example from a stats perspective representing no more than the application of a single step of customization at a technician. If that were the case, then calling it "pay-to-win" would be overblown.

In addition, you don't receive the items at the start. Rather, they are out in the Zone for you to find. It's entirely possible that you find only a fraction of them on your first playthrough.

They're weapon skins. Not extra weapons.

Some exklusive weapons from Deluxe/Ultimate editions can transfered from singleplayer to multiplayer.

No, they are actual new items, not skins applied to an existing item.

The Store page says "provide unique in-game items".

ITEMS, not skins.

They're Skins. The Suit has extra carrying capacity.

So is it skins or weapons?

You posted here, but apparently you are not actually interested in having a conversation?

That is true. Yet, I'm 99,9% sure they are unique by visual design only. There is no way they locked weapons like HK416 behind paywall especially since weapons listed in editions are "named" while we can see basic HK416 in gameplays. So in the end they can as well be named skins.

Actual items, including unique weapons and unique armors. Not skins. I don't think the game description mentions "skins" anywhere.

If anything, it will make the game easier by quite a lot depending on when you get them.

Ok, so they are probably unique items in the same sense we had unique weapons in Stalker games before. Meaning it's an actual gun with a skin and a modification pre-installed. I mean the modifications you can see in the smoking barrels trailer when the player visits a technician.

The earlier games had a number of unique items that were a stock item with a unique modification that could not be applied by the player - you had to find the unique item. Those unique items had cutesy names (I don't have any examples in front of me).

When I look at the bonus items, I see the cutesy names. For example, you say "HK416" but what I see is (I assume this is what you are looking at) "AR416 “Monolith” (transferable to multiplayer)" where "Monolith" is the cutesy name for that unique variant. The stock item would be the AR416, and the unique item would be the "AR416 'Monolith'".

Players would revolt if things were pay walled. That being said though the suit for pre order does have extra carrying capacity which is a little shady lol

Yeah. They claim its a 100 hours game so locking 11 weapons behind paywalls might not mean much. Hopefully it doesn't. That would be garbage.
