I don't think the DL size will be 160 GB, this is the size on your SSD / HDD and therefore it will be less via DL.

There is no Preload so that Thiefs like Skidrow cant hack it before launch. I understand and agree to that.

I just wish I could go ahead and download it so I can actually play it at launch. I'm not upset about it, just more convenient that way. I don't think wishing for a preload is that Big of a request from gamers in today's gaming landscape.

Not a big deal but a noticeable convenience. I don't care if I can't play at the release, but I wish I could play as soon as possible, as simply as that. But since I have a poor connection, I won't even be able to play the day after or even 2 or 3...
I didn't care about the wait from the day I got the game. But it's annoying having to wait a long time when a game is actually available, from the moment I get it, to the moment I can actually play...
It's like you go buy something in a store, anything, and for some reason, you can't use it until some delay.
For sure, it won't go away until then, but you can't argue about the fact it might be very annoying.

i only preorderd because i thought i can DL already because i have bad inernet, 160gb will take me roughl 30h, i would still have bought the game, no doubt bout that, but i would have waited then, so dunno why ppl complain about no preload overall, just deal with it that there aint no preload, worse than snorks some ppl here

I won't be 160Gb even when installed on the disk. They always have to account an additional storage for shader cache, saves, etc. Also steam have a robust compression so download would be closer to 70-80Gb, that's also a reason why Steam donwloads on high speed conenctions (2.5G+) are often CPU limited.

144.79gb download as of now, i knew what i was getting into, but i made the mistake in trusting in a stranger, never again! according to steam: 21-34h download :P see yall in 2 days xD
