I bought the PC Physical Ultimate Edition of S2 on the German Amazon and I'm live in the Netherlands, will I be able to activate the codes on my Steam?

There is no way to make a ticket anymore for just questions sadly

You have to scroll through all the options and at the bottom it will say something like contact Steam support.
