AMD driver?

I see NVIDIA has a patch for Stalker 2. But I haven’t heard anything from AMD yet. I know they are usually slower for new drivers. But I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a decent driver to play this game. Hopefully they will give a new one soon. :)

As far as i can see the latest AMD Driver update was almost a Month ago when Unknown 9 released and 7 days later Black ops 6 which the Update was a Support for those 2 Games. I'm confident that we will get a new Support update fairly quick.

You don't really need a new driver for the game, %99 of the time driver will not effect performance or how the game looks. It is nice to have tho.

That ain't even true.. if that would be the case then why even bother updating GPU drivers at all ? It can definitely impact the Performance or even miss Features AMD Adrenalin provides.

AMD drivers were last updated on 18.10

NVIDIA's Game Ready Divers are really just a marketing phrase. AMD also works to support new releases but that just comes in their normal updates from what I understand. AMD usually updates their drivers every month or so.

Thanks to Intel AMD Cards can be used with XeSS as their upscaler which has a similar graphical quality as DLSS.
Haven't looked back when i changed from a 3070 to a 7900 GRE, even ARK ASA which is a UE5 game runs smooth without upscaling with that card in 1440p.

What are you mental talking about you nonsense. Drivers always improve performances and graphical stability.

The Atomic Heart Radeon driver pushed my XTX from 110FPS to 125 just with the driver update for that game.

there is no difference between fsr and xess, in fact fsr is better in most games. also there is no xess support in many games, only in 2024 games.

if i had xtx i wouldn't look at the fps counter i'm using 6700xt.
