The videos are honestly pretty short for the most part, and very curated. It's better than nothing, but I'd like to see reviews come out with actual gameplay in them.

OP is saying that Stalker is a single player offline game, which is true. Just because it also has some mutliplayer stuff doesn't mean it's less of a single player game.

I mentioned those games because they all have a multiplayer, but nobody refers to them as multiplayer games. They're all known for being single player games and that's what OP is saying.
