Happiness for Everyone game breaking bug.

I just beat Faust for the third time at the Duga, and I still cannot find his body anywhere, just a bunch of Monolith clones.

Is his body on the roof? Or is it someplace else? I watched a video that shows his body just laying on the roof where you shoot him before the cut scene, but he's not there?

How can this game take 2 extra years for "extra" polish and still have bugs like this on the MAIN quest, and how come some folks have these bugs but others don't?

I lost Zalissya to a similar type of a trash bug and just blew it off, BUT this is a game-ender, so, what do i do now?

I lost Zalissya cause i had a bug and ignored the whole event so i feel you there. have you tried loading a save and fighting him again till it comes right only way I'm afraid. it can be buggy and sometimes you have to restart your game if you get the cant move glitch/bug

you have to kill all the mono's before you go to the roof

Reload a previous save and try again. I solved the zalissya bug. It took me like an hour of doing the most random isht. I emailed their support team and they're aware of it.

I tried 3 reloads, BUT that was while in the middle of the Faust fight, right after shooting the last of the 3 emitters.

Maybe if I go back to just before the fight? I'm pretty sure I killed all of the Monolith before going to the roof... I tend to look everywhere on every floor.

What worked for me is choosing option 3 in the dialog. What time of day ---> I dont care

Game is busted, I had to fight the boss twice more. It worked on that option. Body was just there.

I also chose "I don't care" for the time of day because that question looked like some sort of a trap. Maybe I can try one of the others.

I'll just keep trying and see if I can get it to work, I don;t have much hope through, reloading never worked when I was trying to save Zalissya, that quest was totally bugged for me until I got a radio message that Zalissya had been lost.

None of my other quests have been bugged except the Science bunker door at the Noontide base, reloading that one and doing the whole quest over fixed the door for me.

Hahaha, in my case, after "Happiness for everyone" His body spawned, I took his items from the body, but the next quest isn't starting at all, all doors from roof is locked too

Unbelievable....

I just tried the same fight 3 more times and still no body, tried different choices during the convo with Faust, tried killing all the clones before killing Faust, (why are there clones anyways, didn't I get the psi-blocker from X5?).

I guess I'm done until they figure this out, 105+ hours wasted.

PS: I did notice one thing, I had picked up 2 armor suits I was going to sell, but they were bogging me down, so I dropped them ON the roof, and they disappeared, while searching EVERY floor and around the building for Fausts body I found my 2 armor suites on the ground by a truck outside... So I searched all around the building (and every floor) but still no Fausts body. BUT maybe it's the building that's bugged?

Just dont play the game right now, i know its hard, i wanna play so damn bad...but i also value my purchases. This needs so much work before i even attempt a playthrough.

yep, that's what I'm gonna do, not easy for a hardcore STALKER fan, but I don;t get anymore full days off until after Christmas anyways, so that should make it easier.

Yup i feel you, i wanna play as im currently on holiday, but tjis game...i wanna like it so bad, so i cant play it yet. Same as CP2077, didnt touch it until 2 years later, and i got the full experience. Kinda want that from this game too, and its clearly too broken.
