Extra rifling upgrade for the Whip.

Neither the tech in Yaniv nor the tech in Pripyat can install this upgrade. Is this yet another bug or do I need to find a different tech to install it?

No. As of the current patch there are no techs that can install the improved rifling upgrade. The only solution I found was to install a mod that allows any tech to install any mod which allowed the upgrade to be installed by any tech.

have you tried screw in rostok? he can upgrade quite a few things

also thier is a Duty Base with a tech in Cement Factory, try him

as of right now there is no tech that can upgrade it. i dont know if its a bug or intentional.

Almost certainly a bug. At the moment none of the techs can install that upgrade. The only way to get it is to use a mod that allows any tech to install any upgrade on any item.

Same here, no where in the Zone i found a Tech that could do the last upgrade, i am suspecting that the Noontide tech was the only one that could do it, but hese gone before you can get the Whip.

Still broken. I'm on xbox. Nobody can install this on my Whip
