Icarus Base Stash (Not personal stash, lootable stash)

Does anyone have any idea how to get this[mapgenie.io] stash?

I didn't side with Ward and it seems like Icarus base has fallen. I'm not able to figure how how to get into the building. There's a locked door, no openings that I can find, and I can't find a key anywhere. Is this quest locked or am I overlooking something?

could be a bug or you get a key later i tried a lot of ways to get in there and looked around allover Icarus unless i missed something

After completing, Like a Moth to the Flame, talk to SGT. Batalov. He is the Medic at Icarus in the same building as the Long-Lost Stash on the first floor. The Stash isn’t much, but it’s part of the side quest he gives you after you talk to him.

This location is available during a side quest and will get hidden after the base has been fallen

Can anyone post the coordinates to spawn?
