Which technician can upgrade exoskeletons?
I'm trying to purchase the sprint upgrade for my exoskeleton. I've been to 2 technicians: one in the Cordon and one at the Chemical Plant, and I've been told that the technician cannot install this upgrade.

yaniv and pripyat tech, you can go straight to pripyat without main quest
