Custom key bind trouble
For Stalker 2 and most other shooters, I like to use my mouse side buttons for leaning. My lean left is thumb mouse button 2 (the very front side button) but this also activates the under-barrel attachment when held down.

There's no where within the in-game settings to change this and I have already tried messing with the config file for the game’s custom controls.

Has anyone successfully changed any of the key binds hidden from the in-game settings?

You need to put the default keys on your mouse with software like Logitech G or Razer Synapse. There's no other way for now. I absolutely despise the current situation and hope the devs will make all keys available for customization. The quickslot ones are also an abomination. Be glad you don't use an AZERTY keyboard.

Thank you for the tip! I suppose it really is the only way. It is honestly mind blowing how something as simple as including ALL key-binds and control options into the in-game settings is absent.

I have to admit I was also shocked when I saw how... limited the options were. What blew me away however is that players using an AZERTY keyboard are unable to easily climb ladders in the game because while they can move forward using Z the game wouldn't allow them to climb ladders by pressing the same key.
