Stamina draining super fast bug?

I suddenly have this problems where I am not encumbered or anything, I'm well fed and all that but my stamina drains after about 2 seconds of sprinting. I also notice my guy won't jump sometimes and when I drink an energy drink it increases stamina immediately rather than slowly filling it. Anybody know about this?

Me too, I think stamina and speed apply inconsistently. My "yellow weight" fluctuates wildly, sometimes even acting as if I'm on red (can't run properly and mega slow).
Do you have any weight artifacts on? I do.

I figured it out. If you have the bolt artifact recovered from the tornado, once it's drained of juice carrying it on you drains your stamina super fast for some reason.

Yep you got it, all the ''weird'' artifacts have hidden effects, the weird ball becomes heavier the more bullets it absorbs for example, weird water makes you drunk.

I'm not wearing a "weird" artifact though. Just a strong weight one. It's at least sometimes a save issue, because dropping EVERYTHING didn't help, I had to load further back.
