Concrete Forest is buggy as hell (spoilers)

There are multiple spots, one at the Hanger. The anomalies crash the game if you get hit by one. The stash in the locked building is unattainable for me because the body to loot the key off of is just gone—it's not there.

And last and most frustrating is the mission to get the guy's gun, I go down kill the mutants, and try to kill the electrical poltergeist apparently it just won't die no matter how many stacks of shotgun rounds I dump into it, get back and the guy tells me he left the guy to die and he was going to rob him anyway, so I tell him to get get the gun because I killed the mutants, he goes running off and I deliver frontier justice. Now the gun is just stuck on me a nice nearly 4 lbs on a perm broken gun I have to haul around....
