But THEY are too lazy..
also get use to it the game has you run around to multiple places you might as well stop playing now if you don't like it
the original chernobyl game did have detectors I remember using the basic, Bear and vales in it
Because the game wants to be realistic. You cant sleep in beds in just other random houses, cant you?
I often think this to myself. Hopefully, mods will help, like it did for the older games. In fact, the Anomaly standalone game mod included sleeping bag, and the ability to pitch a Tent, so you could get out of the rain. They did have weight to them, but not a lot.
I'm sure it will come in time. Although I am pretty concerned about the future of this game, since it doesn't hold much prospect due to the limitations they have imposed on it because of games consoles. Big mistake.
When all the Mutants come out. :)
If we want to say true to Stalker lore and legacy world, sleeping in unsafe areas is a suicide.
On topic, I would not mind if each area on the map has one or two minor hubs with just bed, stash and potentially vendor. The map is way too big and some areas are too remote from main hubs. Duga is perfect example that is so far from nearest hub, especially after certain point in the main missions if you made certain choices that exploring it and bringing back loot from there is just pure annoyance.
Not all places will accept for who you are.
