Mistake in name of game?

Why new Stalker in name have "Chornobyl" it should be "Chernobyl" even in earlier games it was spoken like that. Is that problems with law copyright or something else?

"Chornobyl" is the ukrainian spelling.
It's due to the war with Russia

We changed the name of the game because ChOrnobyl is a proper and correct transliteration of the name of Ukrainian city Чорнобиль to English language.

Also this, a change in a letter won't change the fact that the game will sell. So literally, WHO cares.
