I do not have any issues, i recommend to not use any other driver that is newer then this.
This is 100% a Nvidia problem and they do not care, they only care about 50 series owners.
In every patch note they only refrence 50 series problems being fixes nothing for us last gen users.

I recommend trying to downgrade your driver and restart your system.
Hope that helps

That's all I did. Then I started the game up again, and it works just fine now. My saves are not corrupt, they work just fine, and I've been playing for a few hours.
The only mod I had, was a flashlight customizer mod, and it's still in the mods folder. The mod stopped working as I removed the ModLoader but the game runs just fine. Albeit with the standard absolute dogsh*t flashlight lol
It is what it is.

Ответы бы выше прочитал, удали моды. Лично у меня вылетало до шейдеров из-за Simple_Modloader.
Уже увидел, спс
if it was working fine before and it's crashing after an update, it's not a thermal issue.....update your mb bios to its latest version....
In your case, using AMD CPU, you have the sollution in this thread and many others.
Remove your modinstaller and UE Tools and it will probably work for you.
If not... reinstall the game and play clean until the game is supporting mods.
What mods can do to a game that isnt supporting mods should be well known by now.
Good Luck

My friend had this problem at steam version. After the update 2 files was broken. Steam repair was his solution.
Tried this, unfortunately doesn't work. I have had this really weird issue with Gray Zone Warfare and Starship Troopers Extermination also crashing on startup. All three, including this game, are UE5 games. Funny thing? STALKER 2 worked fine for me back when it released on Xbox gamespass, Starship Troopers worked when I bought on release. Oblivion Remastered (running on UE5) runs like garbage, but I just tried booting it up, and it works. Incursion Red River, also a UE5 game, runs smooth as butter as it always has.
This seems like a UE5 engine issue, or at least whatever versions GZW, STE and STALKER 2 are running. Because the driver you mentioned, that I rolled back to, was the driver I was running back when the game worked for me on release. I don't know what the hell is happening, but i'm losing my damn mind trying to play games that used to work for me. I've tried clearing caches, verifying install files, reinstalling. Seemingly everything and anything, and none of these three games work.
For the record, I just bought STALKER 2 on Steam, this is a fresh install, no old install files or mods to complicate anything. Specs are as follows:
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Motherboard: MSi Tomahawk B450
Graphics: nVidia 4070 RTX
