Is the sensitivity fixable??
I saw a review stating something wrong with the sensitivity settings. "hard-coded vertical aim smoothing" Is this something that cant be fixed via files or mods?

Sounds like a review based on the game's release-day condition maybe. There's sensitivity sliders for both regular camera and aiming, and in my experience they function equally well on both horizontal and vertical movement.

Or the reviewer may have been complaining that there weren't separate settings for horizontal and vertical adjustment. Again, I've not had any issues with shifting my aim along either axis so not much else I can say.

I heard that the game has mouse acceleration by default and requires a mod to remove that feature. Not sure the validity but IMO the mouse feels a little off...I don't know how to explain it.

you need to go into game user settings file and edit it in notepad, turn off aim acceleration and turn off mouse smoothing, look up a video, i fixed it on day 1. but yes the only way to fix that BS is by editing the files. its fairly easy, took me about 10 mins
