An odd bug

During the SIRCAA mission where you have a chat with the Monolith and you have to defend against attacking Ward soldiers i went through all the visions, finally chose Skifs as last. After the visions i became locked out of using my knife or jumping, as well as even the slightest sprinting draining stamina insanely fast. Thought the issue will mend itself after a while, it did not. Reloading an earlier save before talking to Dalin&Korshunov fixed the bug.
Edit: It happened again, this time later on, while i was clearing out he Monolith from the Sphere. Seems like the game considers me overweight even when i am not, the bug happened after i entered red weight limit, dropped some things and proceeded, yet did not get my ability to jump or swing a knife back.
Edit 2: Keeps on happening, loaded a save right before entering the Sphere, seems like the act of entering the Sphere locks away my jumping and knife abilities. Loaded a save from Wild Island, jumping works, ran to Sphere, can no longer jump. Did not pick up anything on my way.
Edit 3: The bug is spreading, now i can not jump on saves where i could before. Everything is borked.
