One should never stay in one place for more than a few seconds when battling the NPCs, which helps reduce the chances of eating their grenades.
The enemy is more wallhackish on 1.3 but the lack of stealth is just lyies.
You can still go througj half of base with SOFCOM/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, Bucket s2, APSB without anybody even noticing u.
What was the last stealthy? Cable station for the healing thingy.
I went through it without anybody even having chance to shoot me with APSB. Was sry for 9th and that ruined my stealth approach, else it would gave been Metal Gear Solid v2.
And thats the case with this game- its looter shooter and not a stealth game, so expecting to go through the whole game without shooting a bullet is a bit of a stretch...
As for stealth, so far I've not managed to successfully infiltrate any PoI or base without being immediately spotted and flagged by everyone in the neighborhood.
I also never claimed I was remotely possible, or the goal, to complete the goal without shooting a bullet. I'm talking about approaching a group of stalkers, with only one guy in my FOV. He was looking away from me. The moment I got a bit too close, he immediately turned weapon pulled and started shooting within split second.
As for grenade queues, I do hear them if they say 'granata'. But because I play with Ukrainian voice overs on for immersion, I don't hear the queues whenever they use an alternative phrase like the equivalent 'eat this!' or something similar in Ukrainian.
