stalker 2 garbage crash when going up ladders/crane

everytime i go higher in eleveation at garbage trying to do the mission it crashes ive downloaded a few ini tweaks but other than that there shouldnt be a problem ive tried verifying uninstall reinstall everything nothing works and the game is essentially softlocked
anyone have some ideas? its consistent and its only when gaining a higher elevation im trying to get up the crane where you get the shotgun.
