I just had first memory leak
Never had issue like this in the game before, so i just want to make sure if this issue look like this:
Game froze when i had to enable mirror device and fight with chimera. game froze with sound still playing, then sound after 10 seconds were gone, I went into device manager, and game was consuming 22,5gb of RAM. I wanted to take a screenshot, but it was crashing (windows build in screenshot tool), then steam webhelper crashed, all went back to normal after closing the game (with device manager).
I looked at event viewer, and there is no error related to game, only crashes related to screenshot tool. Nothing about steam webhelper nor stalker. Nothing related to hardware issues.

So this game have issues like this? Does memory leaks looke like this?

In event viewer i see :
Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs are consuming most of the virtual memory: Stalker2-Win64-Shipping.exe (12232) is consuming 37286793216 bytes, AMDRSServ.exe (12020) is consuming 590163968 bytes, and steamwebhelper.exe (10140) is consuming 533213184 bytes.

So stalker 2 consumed 37 286 793 216 B = 34.726 032 GB

and

Application pop-up: Windows - Not enough virtual memory : Your system is low on virtual memory. To ensure that Windows runs properly, increase the size of your virtual memory paging file. For more information, see Help.

As far as i know the game should not use Virtual Memory, as its space reserved by Windows on the SSD(harddrive) that ment for aplications that dont need to access the memory data all the time, or need to be able to access it fast.

I had a Memory Leak also yesterday, (first time sinds 1.2.1) on my secondary system (AMD R7 3700X/RX6700XT/16GB) Underground Waste Processing Station, after i killed the Controller and i walked into the small sideroom with some grenades to loot, tried to take them and it froze... looked at my Task Manager and it said 98% memory in use, i could only see it wen i Alt + Tab pressed, but couldnt switch to the ather windows or exit the game, after a minute or 2 it crashed back to desktop.
Weird thing is i did not experiance any frame drops etc. before it happened.

I am on my primary system now (AMD R9 7900X/RX7900XTX/32GB) and gonna load it from the cloud so it should load a save piont right after killing the Controller.
Gonna use Xbox Overlay (for Windows) and pin the bit where it shows system use to keep an eye on the memory use wen i go into the little sideroom again.

>>>>>
EDIT: On my other system it happened also...
Waste Processing Station seems to have a Memory Leak, verry slowly it fills up my RAM, everything froze once it hit 99% RAM.
It was wen i exited the Underground/Buiding.

That sounds familiar. I also had no fps drop before, and i should - as ram memory was filled, it switched to SSD so FRAMERATE drop should be visible.

Wen i got away from the Waste Processing Station my memory use went down again and everything was normal from there on.

I see what happens wen i get to the Mirror Antena aray.

Yes, that's exactly what's happening for a big number of players since release.
The only difference is how much time it takes to fill the entire ram in your system
I found out that one of the big culprits is your personal stash, when it's filled with a lot of items it will cause the game to crash
Very populated areas, another culprint for memory leaks. The more NPCs the faster the game will crash. I managed to trigger that bug using console tools, game can't handle more than 20 NPCs spawning at the same time.

So i had this EXACT problem. Every detail is the same.

I turned off frame gen and it went away *poof*
100 hours of game play in, no crashes so far.
I just had an other Memory Leak in the Brain Scorcer area, where you ask the guy to give you the colar, right after it crashed with 99% RAM use.

Edit:
Wen i reloaded, i had an overlay enabled showing memory use, and its reaally local, memory use only climbed up slowy, but as soon as i got further away from the house in the Brain Scorcer it wen back to normal.

"Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: Stalker2-Win64-Shipping.exe (17488) consumed 88349814784 bytes, steamwebhelper.exe (16140) consumed 629530624 bytes, and steamwebhelper.exe (17256) consumed 566153216 bytes."

Yesterday. It happened twice, after I looked at an enemy face after I killed it (I wanted to take a photo with my phone of the screen). Nothing special was going on around me. Has not happened before recently (I have now more than 100 hours in the game)
Had it yesterday too. Same window popped up (like task manager with that information), but saying only stalker2 consuming too much memory. I would make screenshot, but it can't be done while this occur.

Hope this has been officially reported, dev discord at least. Nothing going to happen just posting on steam...
See, this is hard to report properly. First of, devs always ask for location where it happens. Problem is, after this occured, you start game once again, visit that location, and all goes fine, no memory leak. Devs would have to play 1 or 1,5 hour and go at this location, and then there could be fact, it isn't dependent of location. So how would you report it?
"Hey, I got memory leak in location X while talking to Y".

Devs open the game, goes there talk to same person and nothing happens. Report invalid.

No, devs use god mode, they can spawn anywhere immediately, no need to play the game hours to get there.

Yes, you report what happened to you, and hopefully logs or what you see in the event viewer as you already reported. They aren't stupid, they know such things can be random, but if enough players post such mem leaks, then they spend more time trying to solve. Right?

Just posting on steam is not going to get their attention, but hopefully more players will post their leaks here as well. Now post on their discord and link to this steam thread with all the other players saying "yeah, me too..."
As of the 1.3 update (1.3.1 also), I'm having the same problem at the WPS. The game freezes and Task Manager show 99% to 100% memory usage (32 GB). If I wait, the game will eventfully crash back to the desktop. I've tried disabling DLSS, lowering the graphics settings, using mods (with Vortex), and not using mods. All with new games. Nothing helps.
