I can't run stalker 2 on 1080p with 60fps with a 3080ti/9900k
They don't know what they do.
Ill-informed people
The same can be said about your trolling post..... No one wants to read that garbage....
What do you expect ?
Its supposed to be "next level" or "next gen" graphics and the game too.
Cyberpunk ran badly at the beginning and still doesn't run great when you max out all the settings.
If I put everything to epic on Stalker 2 I get about 130+fps on my 14600Kf and 4080, if I put AA to TAA (which is preferable as on Epic I get weird shimmering on foliage) and I get 60+fps, which I'm ok with.
I'm running on 3440x1440.
1080p is more taxing on the CPU than the GPU, so maybe run a higher resolution and it will likely run better, you can't really complain when your CPU is 5 generations old.
It was a good CPU when it came out, but the 9900k is getting on a bit now, you need something better, better single core performance.
People would complain if they could run it on a potato.
tbh, imo, you cannot please all of the people all of the time, and you shouldn't try either.
Upgrade the CPU or run higher resolution and lower settings.
Timespy compare, between 9900k, 10850k and 14600Kf.
You could likely upgrade to a 10850k or 10900k for very little, I actually did and I made £80 more selling my old 9900k system than what it cost me to upgrade to the 10850k.

9900k's still sell as good as buying the 10850k.

An upgrade to a 10 core CPU would benefit you greatly and it would cost very little to do it.

60FPS on a 1050ti with a 9900k ON CP2077 THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE ON STALKER 2. stop shilling please.
Outside of MMORPGS and games like RIMWORLD these games aren't meant to be CPU heavy.
I don't think you understand how computers work.
It's not even like it's A-LIFE 2.0 that's causing these CPU issues
its just the horrible optimisation.
Stop shilling.
Also have noticed weird things with A-Life rendering another Stalker trailed by a group of wild boars and when I try to talk to the random Stalker he tells me to talk to his boss, but he isn't trailed by any other human stalkers, only wild boars which are following behind him. Those wild boars should be other human stalkers since the wild boars usually attack humans. So they definitely have a lot to work on and improve with this game. I think it has memory leak issues (causing the hard freezes) and bugs with A-Life. Game needs some more optimization for larger towns with lots of NPCs so frames don't drop too low.
zoomers have no money are are the ones in this steam hardware survey buying 4060's and trying to play this game. Nvidia marketing machine is working well selling 8GB VRAM cards in 2024/2025

Just try to use mods to help tie things over. Unfortunately no mods fixing quests or memory leaks yet. Some that help with performance tho.
