Weird shimmering
3070 gpu
No matter what settings I have or upscaling method .. any shiny surfaces especially when inside with windows have like this moving shimmering effect on them. Thank god I’m upgrading pc soon. Any ideas?

yes, I also experienced at first from the very beginning. You need to apply TSR or DLSS or one of the others basically. I don't like upscaling as I play at 1440p with 4090 so I chose TSR 100% res or DLSS DLAA (which is also a 100% res method)

Dude clearly stated that he sees it no matter what upscaler he uses. BTW. You saw this effect in native because UE5 is trash engine with even more trash features like lumen (very noisy and therefore requires denoiser to not look like garbage) and nanite (making everything as a high count polygon object even details causes pixel jitter and you need some temporal solution to stop it from crawling. But it lowers picture quality.). Oh Epic... if you only didn't mess up your engine...
