stashes in unfinished areas?

So i have collected almost all stashes, but i cant get 1 useless from Icarus because doctor is not there anymore but i see others in northern Pripyat and when i try to get to them, i cant. Same goes for some other certain stashes in Pripyat. Are all of these unfinished areas that will get added later or am i missing right routes? I get radioactivity everywhere

what armor are you using and what is the radiation stat of it? I get that the map borders are heavy in it no matter what but better armor can get you closer to some

Thier is an SSP-100 armor at the malacite base which is excellent for anomalies and radiation, but not as good physical protection

There's a main quest in pripyat where you go underground in one of two places: Olimpiya Cafe and Polissya Hotel. Like, half of the stashes you're seeing are likely underground in that quest point for Cafe. However, if you go with Cafe instead of Polissya Hotel you'll be locked out of getting the Saiga D-12 upgrade blueprint flash drive so be careful.

It shows stashes to be located in iron forest, where i cant get to. I completed the game trough caffee once already, so ichose hotel this time, but didnt progress further yet. I try to d some more side quests first. Also, my loot box is bugged because i have so much stuff there, i have collected thousands of rounds of ammo and probably hundreds of guns and other food/medical stuff
