How to defeat Korschunow?

I´m not able to defeat that guy as he has that stield. How is it possible?

I just beat him recentlybefore i went there I had fully upgraded Almaz Exocuit with gauss rifle and RPG, it was a pretty cool boss fight, full advanced warfare

How to go through his shield? I have just a autoshotgun and a sniper with me.

gaussrifle, 5 hits, when he starts standing in light sphere, coming to him, you will see cutscene, do it 2 times, enjoy

you need to deal some amount of damage before he got stunned then you need to run up to him and a little cut scene fight will happen 2 times

On veteran I did shot 100+ head-shots with shotgun (M860-Cracker fully UP) and he still did not end phase even once ... I can one shot exo-skeleton guys when i shot them to head from 1-5 meters. But him, he is invincible to it ... I did not bring anything else to mission as this game even with 2-3 medium artifacts for weight can't bring 2 weapons with significant amount of ammo ... Well i see i need to restart whole point of no return. At least it is just some sprinting to get to him.

just use the Saiga D12 on him, its powerful enough to knock out his sheiild and then quickly get him before he recharges

It's worth noting that he's using a machine gun and has the same limits on his rotational speed as a player would; ie he has a lot of trouble tracking you if you strafe around him.
