Selling broken weapons to Ragman

Hi,

Does anyone know if you get green reputation with Rostock would you get more for your broken weapons?

I don't know if you'll get more money, but he is the only Tech that buys broken weapons.

Prices change depending on difficulty. Noticeable change from Stalker to Veteran difficulty so you should sell pricier items to green weapon traders more often than white. Don't even wanna mention orange/brownish. Ragman is no different.

Thanks for your reply, do you know how i can get Ragman to green please? I have done some side missions for Rostok so far.

Well, since Rostok is a Freedom HUB, for starters don't ever shoot them. Not joking, this can lock you out of that area. So, becoming friends with Zalissya and thus having good relations with Cordon, i think you will have no problem getting Rostok to green. Didn't test this yet but it seems to be some correlation with Duty at Cement Factory being green and not being able to get Rostok green merchants. I dunno if i make sense to you.
Simple advice would be, progress through the story, do some Cordon missions for that prick Sidorowich, then continue towards Rostok.

I am in Zaton zone at the moment, I will see what i can get done, thanks.

Or you can continue to Swamp following the main storyline. Travel light and get Weird Water artifact while in Zaton. Make a quicksave prior entering Wandering Lights anomaly. About 150-100 m and BEFORE 10 p.m. When lights appear, avoid them but check under them if there is a bottle underneath. You can check the map where you are exactly but you'll be almost blind. Recommend going along the small ridge like path on the eastern side of the anomaly.
Artifact itself makes you a bit woozy (drunk) but it gives gives instant rad removal + huge carry weight boost.

Yea I just found out that prices are alot better in rookie vs veteran I been selling/buying in rookie and combat in veteram just to get around the stupid expensive repair prices later in game

Thanks for the tip, on my third attempt i got the bottle :)
