Whirlwind Artifact for Warlock

So, earlier in my session I collected the Whirlwind from the Ribs location and sold it. I've just taken a mission from Warlock to collect it. However, at the Ribs location nothing is setting off my detector. Does it only spawn once in the lesser zone?

Artifacts only re-spawn after an emission. The lesser zone emission is a scripted event if I recall, so you'll have to progress the main story before it happens the first time. Sometimes you can buy them back from the trader though...

Artifacts respawn in anomaly locations after an emission and the artifact that is spawned there it's usually random depending on where you are right now in the story emissions don't start triggering until after a certain point which is a scripted emission during the main story after that it triggers every couple of days ingame

But it should happen in the Lesser Zone again? I've done all main story missions in the area,

Hopefully it will take place again in the location. There is an artifact in Deaf Meadow but it's spawned inside the wall. So I can't get it.
