its not a dodgy spawn its an enemy 👍
Insert bad joke about sausage dogs here.
Will be significantly easier to hit tho 🤣
And what do you do with dog organs?
No. It is a doggy spawn.
If you want mutated meat try a McDonalds
Sorry to jump on you, but comments like this make me wonder how much time some of you have put in to this game, because if it is longer than a few dozen hours you would know that the game drops groups of enemies on you like this constantly.
Yesterday in Duga, for instance, I went to the parking area just outside the place where you do the Faust mission and I had the following spawn in:
* Pseudo Giant - There as soon as I arrived, let it kill the Ward squad then killed it
* Ward Patrol - There as soon as I arrived, let the giant kill them
* Two rat swarms that were stuck to a burned out jeep so I didn't immediately notice them, grenade to wipe them out
* A second pseudo giant spawning immediately after killing the rats while I was still within feet of the spawn point
* Four more swarms of rats that spawned while I was killing the second giant
* After killing the second giant and the rats, a third giant spawned
* After killing the third giant another three swarms of rats
* Then another two swarms while I quickly grabbed some loot from the greenhouses a few meters west
* After killing those two swarms a FOURTH giant spawned in in the exact same spot as the first three
At this point I just bailed because I was basically out of ammo and my gear was ruined. I was only there to get some stashes and because of where the stashes were I couldn't ignore the enemies.
That is in a totally unmodded, up to date version of the base game.
And this is not rare:
* Enemy patrols spawn in groups of 5/10 and all always have exosuits, and .308 rifles OR RPKs and they spawn in every 300-400m in some areas
* Dogs always spawn in packs of 6 and either two packs spawn or one pack and a pack of the big rats or one pack and a pack of fleshes or one pack and a human patrol
* Snorks always spawn in groups of 6 and drop right out of the air directly around me, sometimes I get two human patrols and a snork drop and they all decide to fight me
* I can't remember the last time I killed just one Buerer, there are always two unless scripted in a mission
* Zombies spawning in in groups of 8-12, often inside each other
* There is only one place in the map I've found where only one of those mutant cat things spawns in, everywhere else there are always 2
The first properly ridiculous one I had was 7 Bloodsuckers spawning in 3/2/2 groups two of them at the same time in a sunken village in the east. I thought it was a 'Bloodsucker village' deal at the time and wrote it off, but having played 140 hours now I see that the supposed 'A Life 2.0' system is a total and utter mess.
They were in the first game, taken out of the official releases from the second but still referenced.
In the original and the mods, you would sell the mutant parts to traders (Scientists always gave you more money) for up to 2k a part. There is lore about stuff like the Snork feet being sought after because of the achilles tendons being so strong and elastic, and the Flesh eyes because their lenses were really good, or the Bloodsucker tentacles because they excrete powerful sedatives and anti-coagulants.
