while external wear and tear is more common, it is also more avoidable, keeping things in your backback is enough to avoid most of it, and the few shots it takes in a fight would be less than what you save from the 20% right?
the 20% is only for shooting
while the 12% is for getting hit and anomalies and anything else that does damage
true, however i stick to normal ammo as i prefer just having a consistent x shots for this. y shots for that. makes combat roll smoother imo, but i did choose shooting due to just being able to stash the weapons.
