Blueprint (USB): See Unlocked Upgrades?
I currently have found/unlocked 2 usb/upgrade/blueprints for weapons. The most recent one looked like it was saved to my character and is no longer in my inventory. However, the first blueprint I got I put in my stash.

Is there a way to see these in the PDA. Just a little confused at why one disappeared after I picked it up and the other I stored away?
