Wishful Thinking Main Quest is totally bugged - change my mind!

I had to update my quest progress via UETools so I could continue playing... that was the only workaround. Otherwise I would still be stuck in D2 Hall.

i had to do the same, really annoying especially if you dont have a chance to use mods, needs a patch really soon have seen alot of people with this issue and its a main quest aswell

glad to see im not the only one. dr dalin outside the observation room but dont have any dialog to him and the door to the observation is locked
