lighting problem?

idk what setting I have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up or if it's the devs but why is it that when I'm in dark areas the lighting looks like sand that's always moving around? It's like a TV screen playing static all grainy and wont stay still.

Do you have a video ?
The explanations I can think of are radiation, poor gamma setting or low quality screen. Having images would help.

I'm reinstalling right now in hopes of fixing multiple bugs. It's a 1440p HDR10 monitor. I've tried to run it on high and low settings but it never changes the texture of lighting.

Not that, I know the radiation visual, it like only happens with the texture of lighting in a dark area

If it only happens in dark areas, I blame gamma or your screen. What's your gamma setting like and what screen model are you using ?

i know what you mean i have seen once really bad in SIRRCA building but i think it depends on settings and DLSS seems to help having DLSS on quality vs performance possibly the shaders setting turning that UP may help but also eats FPS

ASUS ROG Swift 27” this bug doesn't happen on ANY other game and it's a good monitor so I doubt it's that

Honestly not sure I'll update knowledge when game is finished installing. Trying to reinstall to get an NPC to spawn

Could be your ingame gamma setting that's borked. Did you try altering it, in conjunction with brightness?
