How to find the Cement Factory "Messy Stash" between "Concrete forest" and "Hell"?

I have arrived on top of the marker location and it seems like the stash is underground, but I couldn't find where the entrance is to go underground.

Has anyone found it?

Or do they come under different names for different players?

There is an underground area there, you can find the ladder from the location to the south, it's in the northeast section w/ an NPC who'll give you a side quest so you can't miss it.

Thanks! Are you able to pinpoint where the ladder is? Is it to the south of the marker?

Do you mean the stash (called carefully hidden drop in my game) under the cement factory (rail line next to shop/tech), googled and all I get is people either mixing it up with the other side quest to get gun (in area with 2x burers) or just saying "somewhere" south of the factory, where is the entrance to it?

I think it is quite confusing as I am unsure if the name would be different for you.

So apparently, I have already completed the said side quest previously, but somehow have missed the stash.. so the entrance / ladder is as said, south to the marker. There is a npc standing there, and the ladder is next room to him (or where he used to be for me as i have done his mission previously already).
